Each village will start with around ten players, each with different roles to help keep their communities thriving. The roles are:

1. Village Deputy | Facilitates relations & communications with other villages and organizes events with other villages and the realm; trains the village on combat offense and defense strategies against common enemies (dragon, wither, elder guardians, warden, etc.) Designs village crest with Mayor, approved by entire village
2. Carpenter | Main builders for large group builds. Designs village build color palettes with Mayor approved b, pathways, light sources, etc.
3. Supply Manager | Manages and upkeeps all materials / storage / group inventory, coordinates acquisition of needed resources
4. Head Miner | Sources ore, ingots, cave-found materials, constructs furnace/smelting structures, collects iron, gold, etc. en masse
5. Treasurer | Coordinates the villagers / trades / trading hall / pricing, & maintains full coin coffers for the village
6. Culinarian | Prepares meals for village members, organizes and maintains prepared food & drink storage, oversees kitchen build and layout
7. Agriculturalist | Sets up, maintains, expands, and improves farms for crops & grow-ables, maintains crop related storage
8. Keeper of Beasts | Creates and maintains animal & mob farms, breeding, barns, maintains mob drops & related storage
   
9. Cartographer | Explores uncharted lands to source rare loot & materials (trims, netherwart, hearts of the sea, totems of undying, etc), locate structures, maps, and more, reporting back to the team with intel; Responsible for village transportation & pathing (and realm transportation & pathing coordinated between villages & server structures), water navigation, nether navigation, end navigation
10. Apothecarist | Sources materials for and brewing potions, herbal brews, and enchanting, keeps group libraries stocked with enchanted books, oversees enchanting room builds, library builds, and potion crafting builds

While you will be the one responsible for the work in your role, you will most certainly not be alone! Everyone in the town pitches in, and when you need help, you simply phone a friend :)!
